When Will the Loan Guidelines for Self-Employed and Gig Workers Come Out?

We have read repeatedly the Payroll Protection Program guidelines for self-employed individuals, gig workers, and Schedule C businesses would be released yesterday, April 10th. They were not released as expected.  There has been no news about the latest expected timing of them.
